Please step on up for Ruby Tuesday, a photo celebration of All Things Red!
In downtown Los Angeles near the Staples Center is a visually arresting and engaging loft apartment building called the Metlofts. In the entrance of the building is a large, pressure sensitive walkway that lights up with combinations of red squares when you step on them. The image of the walkway is mirrored on the front facade of the building. My husband, our niece, her husband, and I had a great time playing around with this interactive light show.

How cool! That's pretty amazing they designed that for an apartment building. Looks like it should be at Universal Studios or something.
That looks like great fun!
I could see why this is a fun place to stomp around.
That has got to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen!

I love your angle on the top shot
Only in LA! I wonder if it (the red lights) drive the tenants crazy. I guess they knew what they were getting into. FUN!
Reminds me of a musical floor that they have at one of the theme parks for Disney World in Florida. Great idea. Sweet!
What a cool floor!
