One of the best things about going to any kind of Fair is the fun junk food. Last weekend at the Craft Fair, I did treat myself to a Funnel cake which is like a deep fried lacy donut with powdered sugar. Delicious! Mmmmmm. Funnel cakes! The one thing I miss from where I grew up is the potato pancakes from the Polish Catholic Church Summer Picnic. We used to eat them with sugar from the sugar bowl.
We have a craft fair coming up this weekend, and they will have all the food vendors too!!!

YUMMY food at Fairs! My kids just had their first funnel cake last Friday... I think they are hooked! Their mother loves the Kettle Korn!
