Here is a picture of my sweet and sassy cat, Abigail, a Tuxedo Manx. She is enjoying her sunbath and just oozes contentment with her beautiful yellow eyes and big, warm belly.

I adopted Abigail from Cats At The Studios, a feline rescue organization in Los Angeles. Abigail leads a very quiet, retiring life, spending approximately 20 hours a day asleep in the dark recesses of our closet. She chirps and loves to be scratched. She is a source of much love for all her family including our dog, Charley. I love all animals, but am first and foremost, a Cat Lover. I have had cats all my life and their very existence and companionship have gotten me through some very dark times. To own a cat and be owned by a cat is a pleasure and a privilege. Thanks, Abby Dabby, we love you always and you are part of what makes our house a home.

(Just kidding, I would never do anything to hurt one hair on my little wee beastie. However, Lori and I would really appreciate it if you click over to vote.) Thank you so very much!

I love that you changed it to cat!
Hi, Abby Dabby. You cats are really good at enjoying perfect moments. I imagine it's a pretty good life to get to live with Martha.
oh what a beauty she is... so lovely and she looks so serene!
How cute! Your cat certainly looks content!!
Ahhhh...to be a cat with nothing better to do than lay around and snooze in the sunshine. I bet she's a sweetheart.
Purrfect.

I love you, cat
Or why else would I have called a psychic to find you when you were lost
I care about you
Or why would I spend the last of my cash to buy YOUR food before my own?
You must love me too
Or else you are too lazy to leave
I love those piercing yellow eyes! they are stunning!
That is one content looking cat! What a life!
This reminds me of my childhood cat, Bibsy!
1st pic: the white patch looks like its "beard". ;D
Beautiful cat. I had an Abigail myself. Now, I have Delilah and Boo and they bring much joy to the house. It's amazing how much we have in common. One of these days we will cook together too.
Abigail is...

My Wally LOVES his sunbathes too (and that's about the only bath he ever gets!)
Ok Martha, now we even have twin cats! I haven't posted a photo in a while of my older cat with the new kittens taking the spotlight. Here's a link to an old entry where you can see her...
