The purple lupine is starting to flower.

This is yellow statice, very popular with butterflies.

I wish you all a wonderful weekend. We are hosting about a dozen teens tomorrow to celebrate our 14 y/o's birthday. I'm off to shop for the party and make a chocolate chip cookie cake as requested by the Birthday boy. Oh, yeah, then There is That Job Thing, sometimes it gets in the way of all the other stuff I have to do.
What are you up to this weekend? Thank you again, Best Always.

Love the lupine, especially purple.

I was going to plant some seeds outside this weekend, until I found out it might snow. Thanks for the glimpse of spring!
I hope you have a great party - Happy Birthday 14 y/o!
I love Spring! The pics are beautiful.
Thanks for stopping by for the drink! My husband was drinking tequila shots the night we met! Oh, the memories...

Have a great week end. I'm just catching up now. Blessings and Happy Birthday to Jimmy.
Martha, VGNO stands for "Virtual Girl's Night Out".

hosts this on her blog every Friday night.
It's a fun way to meet other bloggers. Have a great weekend!
Quiet weekend here getting ready for the coming of "the boys". Yesterday we cleaned and went to Target - picked up a wire bookshelf for Phoebe's room and another bin to finish cleaning out the old playroom, soon to be nursery.
Today we'll go to church and then I'm going to go through Phoebe's baby clothes bins and see what we have can be reused for the boys and start getting them washed and put into the nursery room drawers.
thank you for the beautiful flowers! Our dogwoods are in bloom and the azaleas are thinking about it.
We are just starting to see daffodils here.
Hmm...Methinks you need to post the recipe for this chocolate chip cookie cake...
Only 2 more months until I get to enjoy our spring flowers! :)
Enjoy and thanks for sending spring our way!
Oh, how I miss Santa Clarita!! It is cold here.
Just even seeing the familiar street names in your post tugs at my heart!
