Happy Nurse's Day to me (Class of 1982!!) and all of my nursing colleagues. Nursing is a pleasure and a privilege.
What an incredible ride from my days as a student nurse with a starched white cap and glass IV bottles and syringes to working in a virtual environment caring and educating patients and families all over the U.S.
Here's to my next 27 years in the profession.

Funny how you mention the virtual world of nursing now. My OB's office has just gone paperless and the really experienced nurses are all having a heck of a time entering everything on the computer. Just 3 years ago my last pregnancy was all written in good old-fashioned pen. The times they are a changin'!
