Dear Lovelies Letters - Holiday Post Mortem

Dear Video Game Department Sales Guys,

Thank you so much for all your help during my shopping this holiday season. You must have seen my "deer in headlights" look when I was standing at the array of video games and accessories. I may not know video games but I know the right questions to ask, and I appreciate you telling me the "Must Haves" for games and gadgets. You made me look like a really smart Santa to our teen boys.
So a Shout Out in language you can understand- You Rock, Dude! I'm stoked and feelin it. Peace Out.

Signed, Square yet Savvy Shopper

Dear Cell Phone Carrier Customer Service,

Thank you so much for helping me pick out new phones for my sons and myself for the holidays. I wouldn't know a good texting phone if it bit me in the backside and I love the fact all this stuff is free, well, sort of.

Signed, My Life Away for Free Fones

Dear Online Shopping, Gift Card Kiosk, and Delivery Service Guys,

How Did I Ever Survive Holiday Shopping Without You?

I wouldn't know how to pick out a new phone either! Texting is foreign to me!

I do try to stay current, but I know that I'm probably at the point where things are going to start escaping me.

Nice to see that you got some good customer service for a change!

so cute to read; so true though isn't it when it comes to technology? glad you had some help with the decisions you had to make in that department (they probably were glad to make a sale :) sounds like the boys received some cool things this past Christmas :)

(we got tons of wind/rain, how about you??)

I love shopping, but I still adore online stores, gift cards, and delivery men. There is beauty in all of it for me! :)

Glad you had a nice holiday.

The last time I played a video game, it was Super Mario Brothers in 1991. No doubt, the day will come some young pup at a store will have to tell me what the Sam Hill to buy.

I agree! I love anytime I can get great help out there!

Glad someone got good customer service this season. I stood with the deer in the headlights look in front of the video games and the grouchy old guy at Walmart told me to hurry up he was busy! I left. Me and and my 200 plus dollar video game list went to Best Buy instead! Ha!

I always SWORE I wouldn't fall into the pit of texting, but I have and now it's actually become one of my preferred methods of communications now. I know, pathetic. We're losing the physical contact with other humans more and more by the second...BUT in some circumstances, that can be a good thing. ha! ;-)

I also love shopping, but gift cards are just a gift from heaven sometimes. hehe

Love your blog...thanks for coming by mine. I'll be back. :)

Your fellow SITS-tah,
~melody~
