Say What? Thursday - Preteen/Teen Edition

"Say What?" Overheard at The Sense of Humor is Essential Household include-

The youngest son was retelling a ghost story from Scout camp last month and told us of a Gold Miner and his loyal "burrito" who now haunt the canyons near the camp. I visualized an angry filled tortilla terrorizing campers in the mountains of Camp Mataguay in East San Diego County.

It cracks me up when I ask my older son to do a chore like empty the dishwasher, and literally the second I am done speaking, he hollers to his younger brother, "Hey, S., Come here and empty the dishwasher!" Ah, a true manager in the making.

Thank you to Cammie at The House of No Sleep (who is seriously funny and has zero tolerance or appreciation for anything remotely goose-like) for hosting Say What Thursdays that celebrate the cute things that kids and kids at heart say.

Today is also my 300th post and I am so pleased, delighted, and Downright Relieved to Premiere My Official Blog Buttons from April Showers Blog Design. I have two, count em, two, dos, deux, 2 buttons from Dear April and I hope you feel free please post them if you like and also please let me know what you think.

Thank you for clicking over and I hope cute things come your way today and everyday.

Happy 300th! I'm so stealing your Lousy Button button.

Burritos don't really help you haul stuff, do they?

Happy 300th post!!! Wow, that's fabulous. Here's to 300 more. :)

I will steal your button, as soon as I am done eating my grilled cheese sandwich. (One thing at a time.) I think they are both awesome.

The burrito story was hilarious!

Happy 300th post!!! I'm having a cute moment right now. Just finished eating whole wheat crust veggie pizza and salad on my deck with our two baby boys in front of me and I'm currently finishing my glass of wine.

Love the stories about your boys. I can't wait to see what these boys continue to do to each other as they grow!!!

Happy 300th. Love the buttons. I really need her to design one for me. If you're ever on the east coast - we'll have to do the beach or dinner or both. Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my blog.
