I have a lot to do and not a lot of motivation to do it all. Bleh. Hence, the lazy way out with drive by blogging or "bullets". Hmm, how very "gangsta" of me. (Rolls eyes, shakes head, realize I am a dorkarella.)
- I have two oncology patients who are not doing well. It sucks and it never gets easier as a clinician to help a person and family prepare for the end. Never, never, never. To do it well, that is, to promote a peaceful goodbye is a privilege.
- Still waiting to download the beautiful pictures we took at Yosemite including the Wawona and Ahwahnee Hotels, Bridalveil, Yosemite, and Royal Arches Waterfalls, a black bear, Mirror Lake, and one mighty fine looking family.
- Not only do I hate laundry, laundry hates me. Ditto housework. Enough said.
- Off to see Bruce Springsteen tonight at the Sports Arena in Los Angeles. Cause Baby, I was Born To Run!!!
What are you up to this fine Wednesday?
P.S.- Please enter my 200th post giveaway of See's Chocolates and Organic Body Lotion right here and Thank you!

I hear you, sister! Hate laundry and housework.
I really admire the work you do. Those patient are very lucky to have you around.
Enjoy Mr BS!
Luv,
RAxx
I'm so jealous! Bruce! Bruce! Bruce! That should be quite a show.
What will I be doing after work today? I did finish the 8 loads of laundry, so I probably will have to move on to cleaning the guest bedroom for cousins who are coming into town. The fun never ceases!
Rock on girl! You get to see Springstin??? I am so jealous! Very cool drive by blogging. I'm from Detroit so I appreciate a good ole drive by, LOL!
I'm sorry about your patients, but oh so glad they have you.
You aren't the only one that Laundry hates.
I am in a pregnant funk and now am getting some throat thing. Cannot even take Tylenol cause I am allergic. It's still pretty chilly here, (sigh) Chicago springs. Little Buddy is also sick and is roasty toasty sitting next to me with a temp as we watch Sesame Street together right now. I just want to sleep, then bedtime comes and I can't. Wah! I have blobbidous!!! Thanks for your DBB! Have fun tonight! Blow Bruce a kiss for me :)
Kudos to you for doing what you do. I am so emotional, I could never do that. You must be a very, very strong person. I could cry just reading what you wrote about it. Do you only deal with adults or do you ever work with children? So sad. Keep on, keepin' on.
Oh yeah! to the laundry issue - unless you saw my last post when I was so excited about it to TAKE A PICTURE!
You so gangsta :)
Loving your bullets ripping through blogworld.
Have loads of fun at Bruce.
We have mountains of laundry- so much so that I have been forced to wear dress clothes to work!
Seeing The Boss? That's awesome! I'm gonna watch me some hockey playoffs:-)
Ohhhh! You get to see the Boss! Cool! Ditto - after 40 years I am sooooo over housework.
I roll called under you today in SITS so I wanted to pop over and say HI!!! Happy Thursday
Laundry just doesn't ever go away does it? Miserable stuff! Housework, I have been neglecting that lately with all the work I have been doing! (Boy am I going to pay for this one!)
Sorry to hear of the oncology patients... I can't imagine.
Take care
Bruce!?!?
You lucky.
I'll do your laundry if you do my dishes. Oddly enough, laundry is the only chore that I actually enjoy.
I somehow completely missed that you were an oncology clinician. People like you made my life a little easier, at one point... It's not easy, but trust me you are SO appreciated.
The Boss... how boss babe! I'd dig that show for sure (though I was sort of more Dancing in the Dark, in my days but have been known to sing Thunder Road in the shower)... The DH bought me tickets to go see U2 in Sept.. YEAH ME!!! This will be my 6th U2 show and like fine wine Larry Mullen Jr. just keeps getting better.. now I'm showing my age. Thanks for the comment wub and pity party support today.. now I'm off to find your giveaway (inspired by little ol' me, awe)
Did you accidentally turn your comments off on the Springsteen concert post?
I was just going to say, I'm glad you loved your concert and I loved mine.
But, I hate to say it, I think Bruce's voice sounds like he's half dead. Was that rude?
Although at school I teach a song of his to my kids called, "Chicken Lips and Lizard Hips."
I am so JEALOUS JEALOUS JEALOUS! I got shut out of Bruce Tickets for May.
Found you through Jason and you mentioned Bruce.
Oh I am dying. Been a bruce fan for....oh let's just say since he came out with Born To Run, shall we?
Fun Blog!
Nice Blog. Glad I found you through SITS
I love Bruce! I'm glad you had a great time! Rock on!
