Hello and Happy Ides of December. I would like to share the song by Mel Torme, "Christmas Time is Here", from the TV special, "A Charlie Brown Christmas". I have many fond memories of watching this as a kid with my late brother when it was a "TV Special" which meant it was an "Event" which included anticipation and planning. I hope you enjoy this stop on the Christmas in Bloggyland Tour and I thank Muse Swings for the invitation.

a special program or movie which the entire family enjoyed together while young. Babes in Toyland was the traditional movie in our home.

Happy Holidays! My sister got me totally burnt out on Charlie Brown by getting her two dogs over-excited and dancing to the Charlie Brown theme song (they were beagle mixes). Ugh - the barking and noise. I'm a Rudolph fan...love the Abominable Snowman!

My sisters and I used to look forward to watching this every year. I know what you mean about it coming on being an actual event that everyone anticipated. So much fun.
